These Terms of Service apply when you use the Nequaro website or purchase products from us. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nequaro.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Nequaro creates premium canvas prints, made-to-measure wallpaper murals and limited-edition artist collections.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours and images accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and the characteristics of printed materials.

Natural and manufactured materials may also have minor variations in texture or appearance.

Please check the details of your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product, size, delivery information and, for made-to-measure products, the dimensions you provide.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The total price payable will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order because of an error, product availability issue or other reasonable circumstance, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we have to cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Our canvas prints are individually produced and hand-finished to order.

Standard-size canvas prints are subject to the cancellation and return rights described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Where we agree to produce a canvas to individual measurements or other customer-specific requirements outside our standard product options, it may be treated as a custom-made product and different cancellation rights may apply.

Our wallpaper murals are made specifically to the wall dimensions supplied by the customer.

It is your responsibility to check that the measurements entered when ordering are accurate.

Each mural is created from an original image with fixed proportions. We will not stretch or distort an image to fit different proportions.

Where the dimensions you provide require the image to be cropped, we may adjust the crop to achieve the required finished size. Where a crop requires customer approval, we will send a layout for approval before production begins.

Please check any layout or crop carefully before approving it. Once approved, the approved layout will be used for production.

Because made-to-measure murals are manufactured to individual customer specifications, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet the agreed specification.

Products within our Artist Collection may be offered as limited editions.

Where a product is described as a limited edition, the maximum edition size will be stated on the relevant product page. Once that edition has been completed, Nequaro will not produce additional copies as part of that edition.

Artwork and designs remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and any applicable delivery charges will be shown on our website or during checkout.

Because our products are produced to order, production and delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific date with you.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided with your order is complete and accurate.

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product ordered.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information about standard products, made-to-measure products, custom orders, damaged or faulty goods, return shipping and refunds.

Nothing in these terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.

Goods supplied by Nequaro must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose as required by applicable consumer law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nequaro.art and include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, artwork, designs, branding, text and other creative material displayed on the Nequaro website are owned by Nequaro or used by Nequaro with the permission of the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a Nequaro product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Content from our website or products must not be reproduced, copied, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without permission from the relevant rights holder.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may make reasonable changes to our website, products or these terms from time to time. Changes to these terms will apply to future orders and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already placed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products purchased from Nequaro must meet the rights and standards provided by UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
